“We have filed to intervene in support of Comcast’s appeal of the FCC network management order. We do so because of the significant and potentially harmful implications of this decision for the vast majority of consumers who are served by network providers. While we support the FCC’s Internet Policy Statement, we do not believe the FCC has the authority to make up rules on the fly.”
