Washington, D.C. – Advanced broadband services such as high-definition television (HDTV), video-on-demand, online game play, interactive television, Internet phone service, and home monitoring and control will highlight cable's "Broadband Home," the 7,000-square-foot pavilion that will help anchor the trade show floor at The 2004 National Show, the 53rd annual conference and exposition of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA), May 2-5 in New Orleans.

Designed and decorated in partnership with groups such as Scripps Networks – the corporate parent of cable channels including Home & Garden Television, Food Network, DIY (Do It Yourself Network), and Fine Living – Cox Communications New Orleans, and Cable in the Classroom, the Broadband Home will serve as a showcase for a wide array of sophisticated broadband consumer products and services now available to homes across America.
