The NCTA Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to support and invest in people, organizations, and opportunities. Whether it’s supporting a first-generation college student pursuing a media career, underwriting best-in-class leadership development programs, or helping a local nonprofit provide digital access and training, the Foundation seeks change that is personal, practical, and powerful.

For over 40 years, the Kaitz Event has brought together leaders from across the media and communications industries to celebrate achievements, foster connections and raise funds for initiatives that shape the future. The event serves as the capstone to Leadership Development Week—a powerful moment each year when the collective cable industry and its extended ecosystem come together in a shared commitment to intentional workforce development.
